Personal Belongings & Vehicle Condition
Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before your appointment. Ongowash is not responsible for any personal belongings left in, on, or around your vehicle.
This includes, but is not limited to, cash, wallets, purses, phones, electronics, tablets, laptops, chargers, sunglasses, jewelry, watches, tools, firearms, keys, garage remotes, toll tags, important documents, medications, car seats, and any other items of personal, financial, or sentimental value. Any items left in the vehicle are left entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for the loss, theft, damage, or disappearance of any personal property, and we cannot accept claims for missing items.
Ongowash Is Not Responsible for Pre-Existing Damage or Normal Wear and Tear
Detailing can reveal or worsen conditions that already exist on a vehicle. We are not liable for damage that was present before service, including but not limited to chipped, faded, peeling, or failing paint and clear coat; rust or corrosion; scratches, dents, and dings; cracked or chipped glass and windshields; bubbling, peeling, or aftermarket window tint; loose, brittle, or damaged trim, emblems, moldings, and badges; worn or cracked leather, vinyl, plastic, and upholstery; aftermarket parts or previous body and paint work; water leaks or seal failure; damaged wraps or paint protection film; mold, mildew, odor, or biohazard conditions; and stains, burns, or damage that cannot be fully removed.
Your Responsibility
- Disclose any known damage, leaks, aftermarket work, or sensitive areas before service begins.
- Remove all personal belongings, trash, and valuables from the vehicle.
- Inspect your vehicle before our technician leaves. Any concerns must be raised on-site, before the technician departs. Claims made after the technician has left cannot be verified and will not be honored.
By booking a service with Ongowash, you acknowledge and agree to the terms above.
Information We Collect
When you book a service, request a quote, or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, and vehicle details. This information is provided voluntarily by you through our online booking form, by phone, or by text message.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide and improve our detailing services, including scheduling appointments, sending booking confirmations and reminders, notifying you of technician arrival, processing payments, and responding to your questions.
SMS / Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and opting in through our booking form, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Ongowash, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and arrival notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for assistance.
No Sharing of Personal Information
We do not share or sell consumer personal information (including phone numbers) to third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
